Exactly as it is called, short and simple, no ceremony, just me, your witnesses and the paperwork!!

This service is exactly that, we say the 124 leggally-required words, I will marry you in the presence of two Witnesses (18+ years) over a cuppa, sign the paperwork and that's it, you're married!

You MUST book in a free initial consultation so we can complete your first piece of legal paperwork at least one-month before the scheduled date of your K.I.S.S. marriage or provide me with a NOIM signed by a qualified person.  You will be required to present your ID in the form of a valid Passport OR a Driver's License accompanied by a Birth Certificate, as well as any divorce, death or name change certificates as applicable.  (Originals only are acceptable.)

Only available in Ballarat (or Townsville); travel fees apply for other locations.

A more personal alternative to the Courthouse, this option was designed due to demand!

Many couples opt to 'get married' overseas by having an informal Commitment Ceremony and just need to make it legal in Australia, or couples who want a simple, easy wedding option which is still a meaningful event.  If that's you, then you will love this option.  The wedding ceremony is already designed for you to just say 'I Do' and sign here.

This may be low cost and simple, but I promise you will get the fun, energetic and enthusiastic service which you will love.  Much more fun than the Courthouse!

A Vows Renewal Ceremony is a wonderful way to celebrate your love and commitment to one another in a unique way.

While wedding vow renewals are not an official legal ceremony and more of a symbolic ceremony, they can be just as meaningful and just as much fun. Maybe you would like a 50’s rock and roll ceremony, a special dress up themed party, or just something personal between you and your partner.

 You may have just overcome a difficult time in your marriage and you want to have a fresh start by reinforcing your commitment and love for each other.  We can be there to help guide you to make Vow Renewal as meaningful as the day you were married by remembering where you began and celebrating where you have been.

I can even travel across the oceans – but just bear in mind that I can only conduct legal weddings in Australia, so if you want a destination wedding overseas, you might like to consider a small legal ceremony in Oz, followed by a sumptuous soiree in a faraway land!
